Deleting your data

Last updated: 2026-10-28

If you wrote to a showroom that uses Fullbase on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, its website chat or by email, you can ask for your data to be deleted, under Articles 12 and 17 of the GDPR.

How to ask

  1. Write to info@outframe.co with the subject "Delete my data". Say which showroom you wrote to, and the phone number, email address or Instagram username you used, so we can find your data. You can also ask the showroom directly.
  2. We may ask you to show that the data is yours, for example by replying from the same email address or sending a message from the same account.
  3. We delete your conversations, contact details, photos, voice notes, files, notes about you, and any quotes and visit records, and tell you when it is done.

When

Without undue delay and at the latest within one month of your request. For complex requests, or many at once, we may need up to two more months; if so, we tell you within the first month and explain why.

Who decides

We act on the showroom's behalf, as its processor. We tell the showroom about your request and carry it out for it.

What we may keep

If the law requires us or the showroom to keep something, for example an invoice or a record needed for a legal claim, we keep only that, tell you what it is and why, and delete it when the obligation ends.

From Facebook or Instagram

You can also remove our app from your account in your Facebook or Instagram settings (Settings › Apps and websites). That stops us receiving new messages through it; to delete what we already have, write to us as above.

If you are not satisfied

You can complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy). See also our privacy policy.
